At Whimsy Rack Boutique, we want you to love every item you order! If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help with an easy return or exchange.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Accessories and sale or clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Email us at info@whimsyrackboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you simple return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a store credit or exchange (whichever you prefer)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right immediately
SHIPPING COSTS:
