Shipping policy

At Whimsy Rack Boutique, We're excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

PROCESSING TIME: 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.   During the times of new arrivals, holidays or sales, shipping times may take slightly longer- we'll keep you updated.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY:

Standard shipping (3-7) business days) is available on all U.S. orders.  You'll receive a  confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.  Local customers may be eligible for pickup or delivery options (coming soon)

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your border total and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - watch our social media for updates!

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:

Once your order leaves our boutique and is with the postal carrier, delivery times may vary.   If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@whimsy rackboutique.com so we can help locate it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship within the United States only.  International shipping may be added in the future.
